So, if you’re wondering what’s new on the 2022 Honda Passport, continue reading for an overview of some of the highlights from Krenzen Auto in Duluth, MN.

Design

For 2022, the Honda Passport has received a design refresh on the exterior to give it a more aggressive and confident appearance when you face it head-on. It’s also received some updates to the rear with a new bumper as well as larger exhaust finishers. These updates promote its off-roading and rugged sensibilities, helping to seal the deal on where you can take the Passport.

The interior is seeing a few upgrades as well, particularly with the EX-L trim, which now has contrast stitching on perforated leather seats to give the interior appearance a more dynamic look.

Technology

Now, all models of the 2022 Honda Passport include Rear Seat Reminder and rear seatbelt reminders as a standard feature. Additionally, you can experience other key technology features such as the standard eight-inch Display Audio system with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ functionalities, standard Smart Entry and Push-Button Start, and the standard Honda Sensing® suite of safety technologies.

New TrailSport trim

The 2022 model year also marks the debut of the TrailSport trim (pictured), which kicks things up a notch in terms of ruggedness. The 2022 Passport TrailSport is actually the first in a planned series of TrailSport models, which plan to equip certain Honda models with more off-road-friendly styling.

For the Honda Passport TrailSport, you can find 18-inch wheels, a 10-mm increase in the front and rear tracks, the Honda i-VTM4® torque-vectoring all-wheel drive and Intelligent Traction Management system, orange contrast stitching on the steering wheel, all-season floor mats, and more.
