We at Krenzen understand the uncertainty created by the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and want our customers to be aware of the assistance being implemented for NMAC customers who may be impacted. We wanted to share this important message from Nissan and NMAC.

Customer Communication from NMAC:

“We’re all here to help.  If you are affected by the COVID-19 virus and need assistance with your NMAC account, please call 1-800-456-6622 or chat with an online representative.”

Customer Payment Assistance

Customers who may need assistance should contact NMAC at the phone number above and discuss their options. Customer Service will offer payment extensions allowing retail and lease customers to defer payments based upon each customer’s current situation. Please note that wait times for an agent can be longer than normal due to the high volume of calls. You may also be able to visit NMAC website and use the online chat feature available on

Prior to contacting NMAC, have your most recent statement from NMAC and be able to provide the account number listed on your statement.  Patience in these uncertain times is greatly appreciated. Understand the person you may speaking with is sharing the same concerns created by the coronavirus COVID-19.
